Hardy

Original Music

Hello!

My name is Hardy. I’m an artist.

I am a self produced musician, barber, tattoo artist and I design my own apparel.

My passion? Music.

I began playing the guitar and producing songs at the age of 12. I have a profound love for self expression and poetry so I really do put my heart into it. I have 2 albums out right now that are available on all platforms, and of course, it is entirely produced by me.

Every element, instrument and lyric I’ve composed on my own. I hope to one day be well known in the music industry so that I may provide many others with the same comfort and encouragement I’ve found in my favorite artists.

In the meantime;

I work professionally as a barber with 3 years of experience, something I never planned on doing, but I love it! Being able to serve a practical need while also building friendships through the significant conversations that take place in my barber chair never ceases to be such an edifying experience. Connecting with all kinds of different people and helping them to achieve a look in which they feel their best is something i am truly grateful to be able to do.

Additionally I do tattoos,

a venture that started on myself. Every tattoo I have, I’ve done. Tattooing myself is something that I’ve stayed committed to for personal and spiritual reasons. Obviously there is a lot of challenge and risk involved in tattooing oneself, so for me, my tattoos have been the ultimate act of building self trust and confidence. Not only that, it’s the perfect demonstration of my core punk beliefs and values.

An art so permanent and risky, it has taught me that regardless of how it turns out, it still means something. And what it represents; the bravery it took to even try, is what matters most. After years of doing my own, I started doing tattoos for others too. With each session I am intentional about sharing the same empowering energy with my beloved clients. I am passionate about being able to help others find confidence and a new sense of self through a tattoo.

And lastly to tie my personal brand together,

I take my drawings and turn them into clothing designs that I then go into depth about the meaning each piece has for me. I tend to think about things rather profoundly and have a knack for putting it into words, so if that interests you, each design provides a peek into my mind, personal perspective and the overall meaning of the art. I find there to be a lot of power in the purpose of what we create, therefore I am intentional with the words I speak over my art, and my intentions are always to help you think for yourself, and to break free of any doubt society may have convinced you to carry. You matter.
